• Safety and Incident Data: Injury reports, near-miss reports, property damage reports, observations, and equipment inspection records.
• Media: Photos and voice recordings captured through the app for documentation purposes (e.g., incident photos, voice memos, inspection images).
• Device and Usage Data: Device type, operating system, app version, and general usage patterns to improve performance and reliability.

• Service Providers: We use third-party services (such as Supabase for data storage and authentication) to operate the Service. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.
• Safety: We may share information when necessary to protect the health or safety of individuals.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard infrastructure and encryption. We use Supabase for data storage, which provides row-level security, encrypted connections, and secure authentication. While no method of electronic storage is 100% secure, we implement commercially reasonable measures to protect your information.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service to your organization. When data is no longer required, we will delete or anonymize it in accordance with our data retention practices and applicable law.

The Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
